Footballer’s wedding

When a former Stoke City and England International footballer marries the sister of a 60s and 70s singer/songwriter, you know you’re in for a wedding day like no other! Mike Pejic and Marilyn Burgess (sister of Jackie Trent), were married in an intimate private ceremony with just two witnesses present at Leek Moorlands registry office. A second ceremony was held later that day at Holy Trinity Church, Chesterton, so that friends and family could witness the exchanging of vows. Celebrations were then held at Chesterton Community Centre where Mike’s Stoke City and England International teammates joined the couple.

Congratulations to Mike and Marilyn! It’s always fun to work with a couple who are happy to have a bit of fun with their wedding pictures and like to break away from convention. I think we certainly did that!
