Port Vale wedding

Dave and Maxine’s wedding proves that rain on your wedding day is no bad thing – and can create fantastic opportunities for dynamic shots. Did you know that in some cultures, rain is perceived as a good omen on your wedding day? It is believed to predict a strong marriage as a wet knot is more difficult to untie.

The couple were married at Newcastle-under-Lyme registry office in early October before hopping aboard an old-fashioned double decker bus with close friends and family. The wedding breakfast was held at the Duke William in Burslem before the evening festivities commenced at the home of Dave’s favourite football team, Port Vale FC.

Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Blackhurst. I wish you a lifetime of happiness together.
